News and Announcements

I received an E-mail from the aide to the Indiana First Lady and they were wanting more information on the artists and organization that painted

the governors china. She said that Mrs. Pence loved the china and used it often.

It was so nice to know that all the efforts of Phyllis Gladden and the Indiana china painters is truly a legacy to the state.

The reception at the Governor's Residence on April 18 was so nice. There were about 32 of the original artists in attendance. The tables were set with the china and we dined on them. Mrs. O'Bannon and First Lady Karen Pence gave us a tour of the residence and made us all feel so special. Truly an evening to remember.
